Our Trustees

We are very fortunate to have strong representation amongst our trustees from environment, business and tourism sectors in the Lake District and Cumbria.
The Board of Trustees meets every quarter to advise the team.

Chris Collier OBE (Chair)
Chris is the former Chief Executive of Cumbria Vision. Prior to this she was the chief executive of Cumbria Tourism.

Stephen Broughton (Vice Chair)
Owner of Mountain Goat transport and the Lindeth Howe Hotel in Windermere. He is also involved with the B4 Network, an award winning environmentally sustainable transport scheme in the South Lakes area.

Owners of Heart of the Lakes, a holiday cottage letting company. Heart of the Lakes is a corporate member of our organisation and a key fundraiser.

Assistant Regional Director National Trust North West.

Simon Berry
Managing Director of English Lakes Hotels, one of the largest hotel businesses in Cumbria, and a strong corporate member and fundraiser.
