By gaining the Approved* status the following suppliers are demonstrating their commitment to the environment and the health of Windermere by supporting our campaign.  

• Express Hygiene, Kendal (commercial) – these guys have been very supportive and last year donated extra money to help     fund the campaign. Customers can look out for heart shaped labels that really promote the support on this range. They also set up an opportunity for bulk buying. From the sale of every phosphate free product, a donation is generated and donated to Love Your Lakes.

• Faith in Nature, Manchester (domestic and opportunity for larger for small hotels) – this national company signed up to Love Your Lakes in 2010 and was a huge achievement for us to be recognised by a national brand. They have in the past offered discounts to LYL supporters and supplied samples.

• Fell Fresh, Threlkeld (commercial) – this couple-run hotel supplier based in the Keswick area, stock some phosphate free cleaning products and they're also raising money for the local Lake District Osprey Project through the sale of every phosphate free detergent they sell!

• Living Naturally Soap Nuts, London (domestic laundry) – another national company that got on board with our campaign. If going au natural is for you, then these little soap nuts are going to be right up your street.

• McClure’s, Windermere (commercial and suitable for smaller hotels) – this local wholesaler have supported Nurture Lakeland for some time. They have a range of LYL Approved products to look out for and they've pledged to support our campaign further over the next year, which is great news.

• Reycled Stores (The Green Heads, Braithwaite (small commercial, for e.g. small hotels) – we're impressed with the values of this local shop and are delighted to be working with them. They stock a really great range of environmentally friendly products, including detergents and much more.

• Witcam/Amway, Cumbria (commercial) – this is a local supplier of the Amway range, a widely recognised low impact cleaning product. (no website available)
