Cumbrian Discoveries was established in 1987 and has since built a reputation for high quality personalised tours in Cumbria (including the Lake District National Park) and the north of England. We offer sightseeing tours (by coach or mini-bus), driver-guiding tours, walking tours, services to business and training and consultancy services.

We have many years experience operating in Cumbria and we are able to include special and unusual visits in our itineraries. We can arrange for your group to meet local people, take tea with the owner of an historic home, enjoy a hands-on traditional baking experience, meet a local craftsman - anything is possible.

For our guiding expertise we use the services of select Blue Badge qualified guides (the only national tourist guide qualification) offering a variety of languages to give a comprehensive guiding service. We can work with groups of any number.
