Self-Catering cottages, specially designed with the wheelchair in mind, but able-bodied guests are equally welcome. We have cottages for 2, 4 or 6 people and ample off-road parking. There is also a Games room with Table Tennis & Pool Table for the children & a full-size Snooker table for the adults.

Set in 240 acres of pasture & woodland, with superb views of Skiddaw & Bassenthwaite Lake, and lots of birds which delight the artists & photographers! We are situated approximately 7 miles north of Keswick.

The friendly owners are in residence and on hand to advise you of the most accessible places to eat & attractions to visit, one of which is The Theatre by the Lake in Keswick, which is very accessible.
