We are a family run guest house located in the beautiful town of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District. We provide a good quality base from which to explore the area, the number of repeat visitors being a testimony to this.

We have committed to serving fair trade, local and/or organic produce, use green cleaners and toiletries and raise funds for local environmental projects. We are continuously working to minimize our impact on the environment and hope to achieve a gold environmental award in the very near future.
